Description :
Blocks including shrinkage calculations have always given birth to scraps when the blocks of four sides are cut. The amount of scraps produced depends on the block mold chamber size and the thickness of the sheet. Electric hot-wire is used to cut the block and the cut thickness is approximately 0.4-0.8mm, which is double-wide of the hot wire. And cut thickness decreases as the density of block increases.
Performance of the cutting M/C depends on stable heat supply and speed. Interrupted heat supply and speed gives births to inferior products like a rough surfaced.
